Christopher Robert Evans (born June 13th, 1981) is an American actor from the United States. In 2000, he began his acting career playing in TV series such as Opposite sexual assault. After appearing in several teenage films, like Not Another Teen Movie in 2001, he was renowned as the Marvel Comics character, the Human Torch. Evans appeared in several film adaptations of comic books and graphic novels, including TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim and the World vs. the World (2009) and Snowpiercer (2013). Evans' portrayal as Captain America/Steve Rogers in Captain America: The Winter Soldier in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014 and 2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame 2019 brought him greater fame. His work on the Marvel series helped establish him as one of the world's highest-paid actors.
